Chaudhry Farooq Ahmad, the forward-thinking founder and CEO of Eye Optical, who brings with him more than 55 years of invaluable experience in the optical industry. His journey began within a robust family legacy, guided by the teachings of his late father, Dr. Anayat Ali. With a B.A. degree and completion of WHO opticianry courses in the 1980s, Ahmad's unwavering dedication paved the way for the creation of a thriving optical business, a renowned training school, and a state-of-the-art optical lab. This multifaceted venture has not only enriched the optical field but has also empowered countless individuals to embark on fulfilling careers.
Irfan Chaudhry, an MBA graduate and licensed optician, currently serves as the Director and CEO at Eye Optical. As a visionary leader in the optical industry, he has solidified his position as a respected figure in Canadian business. Additionally, Irfan, alongside his brothers Rizwan and Arslan, owns the Fair Group, showcasing his dynamic entrepreneurship in optical and franchise development, notably as a Franchise Developer for Church's Chicken in Ontario.
Rizwan Ahmad, a Mechanical Engineering graduate and licensed optician, presently serves as the Director at Eye Optical, offering a unique perspective with his strong engineering background. Beyond Eye Optical, Rizwan extends his expertise as a Franchise Developer at Church's Chicken, showcasing his diverse business ventures. An alum of Ryerson University in Canada, he continues to contribute to the fields of engineering and optometry. Arslan Ahmad, a Schulich School of Business - York University graduate with a degree in Accounting and a licensed optician, holds the position of Director at Eye Optical and is the owner of the Fair Group. His entrepreneurial prowess extends to optical and franchise development, with an additional role as the Franchise Developer for Church's Chicken. Working alongside his brothers Rizwan and Irfan, Arslan stands out as a dynamic entrepreneur, contributing significantly to the growth and success of Church's Chicken franchises in Ontario.

Dr. Ravi completed his Bachelor of Science degree at Western University and further went to Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida to complete his Doctor of Optometry degree graduating on the Deans Honour List in 2021. He completed an ocular disease externship at Eye Centers of South Florida in Miami, where he worked alongside ophthalmologists specializing in diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration. This is where Dr. Ravi was recognized with the Dan and Hoffman MDs, PA. Clinical Excellence Award. He also completed an externship at Correct Vision Laser Institute in Weston, Florida, which specializes in LASIK and cataract surgery. Dr. Ravi is board certified in both Canada and the United States. He is currently a member of the Canadian Association of Optometrists and Ontario Association of Optometrists. During his spare time Dr. Ravi loves to play basketball and golf, travel, and spend time with family and friends. Dr. Ravi is at Eye Optical in Brampton East on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (2-6 PM) and at Eye Optical in Maple on Fridays (2-6 PM) and Saturdays (1-6 PM).

Dr. Shreya Bhandari completed her Bachelors of Science degree at Western University, followed by her Doctor of Optometry and Bachelors of Vision Science degrees at NOVA Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She completed her clinical rotations in Miami and West Palm Beach during which she received training on treating various ocular diseases and pre/ post- operative management of cataract surgery, refractive procedures, glaucoma, and retinal disease.
Dr. Bhandari began her career in Fort Myers, Florida, practicing at an ophthalmology-based clinic where she honed her skills performing medically complex eye exams, contact lens exams, management of patients' post-surgery, emergency eye care and myopia control.
Dr. Bhandari has a special interest in ocular disease management, pre and post operative care of patients following refractive and cataract surgery, specialty contact lens fittings and myopia control. In addition to English, Dr. Bhandari speaks Hindi and Punjabi.

He is also experienced with systemic and ocular disease such as diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, and emergency eye care.
